Davis & Hodgdon Associates CPAs announced several additions to the staff. Jordan Nellé, CPA, joined the firm as a senior accountant. She has more than three years’ experience. Jennifer Krause was named assistant firm administrator. A graduate of St. Michael’s College, she has experience in office administration, bookkeeping, human resources, and marketing. Geoff Robertson, MBA, was hired as the firm’s entrepreneurial adviser.

Bernie Isabelle, president and CEO of Vermont Federal Credit Union, announced that Larry Forcier joined the organization as a mortgage originator. Forcier has more than 20 years’ customer service experience and five-plus years in the mortgage industry.

DuBois & King Inc. consulting engineers announced that Robert J. Favali, LEED Green Associate, was promoted to director of the building services division in the Williston office. Thomas D. Doty, PE, joined the public works division as a senior engineer/project manager. Doty has eight years’ consulting engineering experience and works in the Randolph office. Robert F. Kischko, PE, joined the building services division as senior electrical engineer and electrical department manager. Kischko has 30 years’ experience and works from the Springfield office.

Mary M. Lee was appointed vice president and chief people officer of National Life Group. The appointment places Lee in charge of the department that oversees recruiting, organizational development and training, and total rewards for the group’s 900 employees. She joined National Life in 2008.

Bret Williams, president and CEO of Green Mountain Beverage, announced several staff changes and additions. Craig Macy was named IT manager. He was with American International Distribution Co. in Williston. John Matson has transferred into the role of cider maker. He was with Stoudt’s Brewing Co. in Pennsylvania. Marc Stoddard was promoted to night shift supervisor. He joined the cidery in 2003. Jasper Callahan was hired as night shift maintenance mechanic. He had experience with several beverage bottling plants in Vermont.

First Choice Communications in Brattleboro announced the hiring of Glenn Creamer of New Hampshire to work in the service department. Drew Riggio joined the team as account executive. He has five years’ sales experience.

Middlebury College named Michael P. Hussey director of the Rikert Ski Touring Center, a cross-country ski area on the Bread Loaf campus. Hussey is working part time and will assume full-time responsibilities in April. Until April, he will also continue to work as Eastern sales manager for Snow Economics Inc., a Natick, Mass., snow-making equipment manufacturer, for whom he has worked since 1994.

Eric Smith was promoted to director of engineering at Dominion Tech Computer Services. Smith has been with the company since January 2010.

Bill Young, executive director of Maple Leaf Farm, announced the addition of five nurses to the primary care team: Jillian Monack, RN; Penny Jensen, RN; Blair Robinson, LPN; Sarah Bouchard, RN; and Shara Tarule, RN.

Joseph D. Lisaius, president of Lisaius Marketing, announced that Ryan Hayes was hired as a graphic designer. Hayes was with Seven Days.

Curtis Lumber announced that Andrew Becher joined the team as a kitchen and bath design specialist. Becher has more than 20 years’ experience in kitchen design and installation.

Gallagher, Flynn & Co. LLP announced that Mark A. Beliveau, CPA, CVA, was promoted to partner. Beliveau has been with the firm for over two years.

Jarrett Law Office PLC announced that Holly K. Lemieux joined its team of legal professionals. Lemieux was with a Burlington firm. Bruce Shepard joined Hampton Direct as controller. Shepard was chief financial officer and operations manager at Redstone.

The American Heart Association named Joy Blandford director of Go Red for Women and the Start! Heart Walk in Vermont. Blandford was organizer of the Lake Champlain Bluegrass Festival for 10 years.

The board of directors of Resource Systems Group Inc., with headquarters in White River Junction and offices in Burlington plus Chicago and Salt Lake City, elected Clayton Adams chief executive officer. Adams was chief operating officer.

Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer PC announced the hiring of two associate attorneys. Jesse D. Crary had a practice in Middlebury. He will be based in the Montpelier office, but work in Burlington on a regular basis. Alexandra E. Edelman’s area of practice is commercial litigation. She practiced in New York and New Jersey and will be based in Burlington.

Windows & Doors By Brownell announced the change of its name to Marvin Design Gallery by Windows & Doors By Brownell. The company remains under the same local ownership. It will phase in a new logo featuring the Marvin Design Gallery logo.

Kim Norland joined Redstone as chief financial officer/controller. She has more than 20 years’ experience in finance, management, and systems. Jeff Kenyon was named maintenance coordinator for Redstone Property Management. He has six years’ experience in commercial and residential property management in the Stowe area.

Geoffrey Hesslink, executive vice president of Merchants Bank, announced the appointment of Thomas McFadden Jr. as workout officer. The workout officer analyzes and recommends an appropriate course of action on delinquent or potentially delinquent loans. McFadden was a commercial lender with People’s United Bank. •
