Doremus Kantor & Zullo announced that Brian P. Creech joined the firm as an associate. Creech began his practice in the District of Columbia and recently fulfilled his clerkship requirement for the Vermont Bar through Legal Services Law Line of Vermont.

The Vermont Studio Center board of trustees announced the appointment of Gary Clark as president, concluding a four-month, nationwide search. Clark has been a member of the Studio Center’s staff since 1993 in several capacities, including writing program director and director for development. He has published poems in several leading literary journals across the country and is a regular participant in the VSC reading series.

Passumpsic Savings Bank announced several staff promotions. Pamela A. Sanderson, Lyndonville branch manager, was promoted to branch administrator. She has been with the bank for 24 years in a variety of positions. Amy M. South, St. Johnsbury Center branch manager, was promoted to branch manager III for the Lyndonville branch office. She has been with Passumpsic 15 years in various retail branch positions. Angela Payeur, St. Johnsbury Main Street manager, was promoted to branch manager II for the St. Johnsbury Center branch office. She has been with the bank for 12 years in various retail banking positions.

Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty announced that Kim Corey joined the firm as a Realtor. Corey has experience in management, sales, business development, and customer service.

Chad Butt was named executive director of Mobius. He has more than 13 years’ experience in mentoring and was senior programs director for The DREAM Program in Boston.

Colin McCreight, M.D., joined the Central Vermont Medical Center team. McCreight worked for the last three and a half years at the Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock, N.M., where he provided full-spectrum outpatient and inpatient care to pediatric and adult patients. He has dual board certifications in internal medicine and pediatrics.

The National Audubon Society named Peter H. Ross vice president and executive director for its Vermont state office, Audubon Vermont. A native Vermonter, Ross was with the Greater Burlington YMCA as vice president of community relations and development.

Peak Electric Motors announced that Jordan Brown was named sales manager, responsible for all sales activity in Vermont, New Hampshire, and upstate New York. Rob Desso was named technical manager and will lead the service division.

Marketing Partners Inc. announced the addition of Kate Paine to its team as marketing communications account manager. Paine was president of the PR firm Kate Paine Associates, and previously was executive director of the Women Business Owners Network.

Kellliher Samets Volk announced the addition of Tucker Wright to its brand team as project coordinator. Wright is a recent graduate of the University of Vermont with a degree in public communications from the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences. He has interned with KSV over the last year.

Jim Condos, secretary of state, announced the relocation of the Office of Professional Regulation to 89 Main St., Montpelier. It will be on the third floor of the City Center Building along with the Department of Financial Regulation and the Green Mountain Care Board.

Alison Milbury Stone joined Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC, based in the Burlington office. She will practice in the energy and telecommunications group. Veronica Williams, a senior brand strategist, joined the firm to lead the marketing and business development initiatives. She will work from the Burlington office. She was president and director of operations at HMC Advertising in Richmond.

C2 Competitive Computing technology consulting firm announced the addition of several employees. Ashley Wyckoff, project analyst, was with Choice Strategies in Waterbury Center. Will Fallows, associate software engineer, was an intern at MyWebGrocer. Ben Welton, quality assurance tester, taught English at the University of Vermont and was a law librarian and researcher. Andrew Bouvier, quality assurance tester, was a biomedical technician for UVM. Kip Steele, quality assurance lead, was with Prudential. Charles Sullivan, software development engineer, was with MyWebGrocer. Lisa Shandrow, PMO manager, was with GE Healthcare/IDX. Kevin Francis, program manager and former project manager at C2, was with NRG System. Cameron Bradley, training and documentation specialist, was with Dealer.com and NTT Data. Eric Lamy, project manager, worked in the online entertainment and logistics/supply chain industries.

Jeff Friot joined Rock of Ages as technical sales representative in the precision granite products group. He was with SMC Corp.

DuBois & King consulting engineers announced that Tom Drew was named senior designer in the site and land development division. Drew’s 18 years’ experience comes from work with the Vermont Agency of Transportation and the Department of Buildings and General Services. Tom Paquet joined the firm as a mechanical engineer in the building services division. He is a recent graduate of the University of New Hampshire in Durham and works in the South Burlington office. Marcy King was hired as an administrative assistant. She has 30 years’ experience in this capacity for engineering, legal, and medical firms.

Bayada Hospice announced that Kristin Barnum, RN, BSN, MBA, was promoted to area director. She will oversee operations of offices in Brattleboro, Burlington, and Norwich. Jessica DeGrechie, BSW, was named associate director of the Norwich office. Barnum has more than 15 years’ experience in hospice care. DeGrechie was the Norwich office’s client services manager.

Image Outfitters announced that Kali Emerson joined the company as director of operations at its Stowe office. Emerson was with Palmer Creative Group and works on freelance production projects for Priestley Publishing LLC.

Clint West, the owner of Maple Leaf Carpet & Tile Cleaning, announced the addition of Jeremy Schultz as a carpet cleaning technician.

Justin Stinnett, M.D., recently completed his residency in internal medicine at Fletcher Allen Health Care and joined the Central Vermont Medical Center’s hospitalist team. He was one of 25 residents selected from the northeastern United States in 2012 to participate in the Tufts Health Care Residency Rotation “Practicing Medicine in a Changing Health Care Environment.” Ursula Margazano joined Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing, a CVMC facility, as administrator. She was executive director of Burlington Health and Rehab. Emily Lourie, PT, DPT, joined the medical center’s rehabilitation services department. She was at Sandy River Nursing Center, Genesis Health Care, in Maine.

White + Burke Real Estate Investment Advisors Inc. named Stephanie T. Hainley chief operating officer. Over her tenure at the firm, Hainley has worked on several projects, including development of four TIF (tax increment financing) districts in Vermont.

Vermont Information Technology Leaders announced the appointment of three staff members: Kate McIntosh, M.D., FAAP, medical director; Anthony Esposito, PMP. project manager; and Joshua Cheney, administrative assistant. McIntosh has been managing partner of Rainbow Pediatrics in Middlebury and chief of pediatrics at Porter Medical Center. Esposito was with Allscripts. Cheney was with The Episcopal Diocese of Vermont.

Northern Reliability announced that Jim Iversen is assuming the role of president and CEO. Iversen was chairman and CEO for M&I Strategic Partners and a business consultant for Northern Reliability. The announcement was made by Jeff Mack, the company’s CEO and founder.

H. Keith Wagner Partnership announced the change of its name to Wagner Hodgson Landscape Architecture. Jeffrey Hodgson joined the studio in 2003 and has been a partner since 2006.

Following its affiliation with AIA (Adventures in Advertising) Promotional Alliance, Brett Lewis Threads in Shelburne has changed its name to Brett Lewis Promotions. The new email address is [email protected]

Mount Snow Resort announced that Mike Chase was hired as the resort’s first director of marketing technology, a newly created position that will oversee both the information technology and marketing departments. Chase was IT director at Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah.

Vermont Information Technology Leaders announced the appointment of Francine Clark, Suzanne McEachron, Kathleen Meyer, and Christine Sweeny as eHealth systems specialists, helping medical organizations to assist providers with implementing electronic health records. Clark was with Grace Cottage Hospital. McEachron was with Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region. Meyer was a registered nurse in the birthing pavilion at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. Sweeny was with Northwestern Medical Center.

Burlington’s Mayor Miro Weinberger announced the appointment of Norman J. Baldwin, P.E., as city engineer and surveyor. Baldwin is a 22-year veteran of the city’s Department of Public Works, most recently serving as assistant director for its technical services division.

Robert P. Ostryniec was hired as chief product supply officer at Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. He reports to Brian P. Kelley, president and CEO. Ostryniec was with H.J. Heinz Co. •
