Accounting

Accu-Rite is owned and operated by accountants. We understand the problems interfacing payroll to your general ledger; and can provide straight-forward posting reports showing your general ledger account numbers. Departmental or job costing break-downs are available.

Conversion

We make it easy to switch to Accu-Rite. We do all the work! You can switch to Accu-Rite any time during the year, and we will convert your data to our files including all figures for the year, so that year-end reports and W-2s will be correct.

Our People

Gerry Lawrence, president, is a degreed accountant with over 30 years experience in accounting, controllership, and computerized system design. Prior to founding Accu-Rite in June 1990, he held positions as Manager of Accounting, Thom McAn Shoe Manufacturing; Assistant Controller, Simmonds Precision Products; and VP of Finance, Artec Video Distributors.

Darlene Brooks, Payroll Specialist, has over 25 years experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll preparation. Since joining Accu-Rite in 1998, she has been a key player to insure the growth and success if Accu-Rite Payroll Processing.
